Carbon Trader® tells you about your account and your trades by email, to the address on your account. In the dashboard, Overview shows anything needing your attention, and each row under Settlements says what it is waiting for.

Invoices come from Carbon Trader by email and are paid by bank transfer, quoting the short reference on the invoice. We never ask for a card number.
If an email does not arrive
Check your junk folder and that the address on your account is right. Add info@carbontrader.nz to your contacts. Anything that needs you to act, such as an invoice to pay or a sale to complete, is also shown in your dashboard.
