Your dashboard and what the statuses mean

Your dashboard is at carbontrader.nz/app. Its first screen, Overview, shows where you stand and the next thing to do.

The dashboard screens

Screen	What it is for
Overview	Your position, anything needing attention and your next step.
Marketplace	Lots that are open now, each marked escrow-protected or direct. Buy a whole lot or part of one.
Sell NZUs	Create a listing, choose escrow or direct, and follow your listings in every state.
Buy requests	Post a wanted request, fund it, and see open requests you could sell to.
Settlements	Each trade from commitment to completion, with the pay-by date, the invoice reference and the statement. A direct sale shows the other party's details here, and is marked complete or cancelled here.
Custody wallet	Units held for you in a Carbon Trader® wallet, their history, and withdrawals to your own Register account.
Reports	Exports of your trades and of market data, as CSV or JSON.
Account details	Bank account, Emissions Trading Register account, password and the optional authenticator app.
Confirm identity	The one-time identity step, needed when a trade of yours first goes into escrow.
Organisations	Shared accounts, team invitations, roles and approvals.

Everything is on these screens. The old account centre has closed, and its address now opens this dashboard.

Account and identity statuses

Status	Meaning
Account active	Your account exists and your email address is confirmed. You can browse, list, save your details and post a wanted request.
Identity: not started	You have not yet confirmed your identity. Nothing is needed until a trade of yours first goes into escrow.
Identity: under review	Your details and document are with us. We email you when the review is done.
Identity: more needed	We could not confirm your identity from what was provided. The screen says what to send.
Identity: confirmed	Done. You are not asked again.
Suspended	Access has been restricted. Contact us.

Following a trade

Settlements shows each escrow trade at one of these steps:

waiting for the buyer's payment, with the date it must be paid by;
waiting for the units;
ready for release;
completed.

A direct sale stays open until the seller marks it complete, or either party cancels it. If a step is waiting on you, the row says so and gives you the action, such as paying the invoice, confirming your identity or marking a direct sale complete. See Payments, fees and settlement.

Statements

Each completed escrow settlement has a statement you can download from its row. For a wider export of your activity, use Reports; see Market data and reports.
