Account overview and account statuses
The account overview is the first screen of your dashboard at carbontrader.nz/app. It is designed to show what needs attention next.
The dashboard and the account centre
There are two places to work, and they do different jobs.
- The dashboard (carbontrader.nz/app) is for day-to-day positions and trading: Overview, My Obligations, My Forest, My Farm, Custody wallet, Settlements, Marketplace, Buy requests, RFQ and quotes, and Reports. Sign in once and the dashboard uses the same session.
- The account centre (Account) is for setting your account up and keeping it correct: verification, profile, bank and ETS details, organisations and team access, government auction invitations and enterprise API clients.
Both are reachable from the header once you are signed in - Dashboard opens the dashboard, Account opens the account centre.
What the overview shows
- Verification status.
- Profile status.
- Onboarding review status.
- Suggested next step.
- Trade and funding tracker.
- Recent activity history.
- Statement download.
Status meanings
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Required | You still need to complete verification or profile details. |
| Pending verification | Verification or profile review is still pending. |
| Approved | Your account has passed review. |
| Active | The customer profile is active. |
| Pending review | Carbon Trader is reviewing something you submitted. |
| Suspended/rejected | Access has been restricted. Contact support. |
Trade tracker
The tracker shows settlement and funding steps such as:
- Waiting for buyer funds.
- Waiting for NZUs.
- Ready for release.
- Completed.
- Wallet withdrawal pending review.
Statements
Use Download statement CSV to export your own account activity for records and reconciliation. Statements can include listings, requests, payments, settlements and wallet actions.
