Carbon Tracker dashboards (separate product)
On 7 October 2026 the four dashboards - My Farm, My Forest, My Obligations and the Carbon Tracker emissions ledger - moved out of the Carbon Trader account area and became their own product, Carbon Tracker, on their own site with their own sign-in.
What changed for Carbon Trader users
- The dashboards are no longer under
/app/on this site. The marketplace, Sell, buy requests, settlements, custody wallet, account and organisation screens are unchanged. - Carbon Tracker is a subscription: a 14-day free trial, then from $99 a year for one dashboard, $25 a year for each additional one, or $159 a year for all four (excluding GST). A card is needed to start the trial and nothing is charged if you cancel before it ends.
- It does not share your Carbon Trader login. Create a Carbon Tracker account with any email.
- The free calculators on this site - farm emissions, obligations, industrial allocation, the factor catalogue and ETS participant data - stay free and need no account.
How the numbers work
The calculations are the same ones Carbon Trader has always used: the Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport (formerly the Ministry for the Environment)'s published emission factors for My Farm and the ledger, the MPI default carbon tables for My Forest, and the statutory default factors in the Climate Change Response regulations for My Obligations. Agriculture is not in the ETS, so My Farm reports a profile and never a liability. Each Carbon Tracker dashboard explains its own method on screen and cites the source of every factor.
