Troubleshooting and support

I verified successfully but cannot sign in

You may not be approved yet. Verification approval is not the same as full account approval.

My registration says KYC pending but verification is approved

This usually means you still need to finish the trading profile step. Ask support for a continue link if you lost the registration session.

My approved account still looks blank

Sign out fully and sign back in. Use the same email that was approved. If the account still looks blank, contact support and include your approved email and public handle.

I did not receive a password reset email

Check spam/junk. Make sure you entered the approved account email. If still missing, ask support to send a reset link or reset instructions.

My listing is not public

Check whether it is pending NZU escrow, scheduled, expired/cancelled, or under review.

My payment did not update the trade

Do not pay twice. Contact support with the payment reference, email, approximate time, amount and relevant settlement/buy-request ID.

My wallet withdrawal is pending

Wallet withdrawals may require review and processing. Contact support if urgent.

I cannot see an organisation feature

You may not have the required organisation role, or the organisation may not have the necessary plan/entitlement.

I cannot see government auctions

Government auctions are invitation-only and only appear when your account is eligible.
