1. Website use
The website is operated by Trend Enterprises Limited (NZBN: 9429048521130) t/a Carbon Trader®. By using the website, a visitor agrees to these Website Terms and the Standard Terms where applicable.
2. Website content
Website content is general information only. It may include market commentary, educational content, marketplace listings, pricing examples, fee information, legal policies, service descriptions and blog material. It is not legal, tax, financial, investment, forestry, environmental, accounting or audit advice. The free public tools on the website, including the calculators and the emission-factor lookup at /carbon-factors/, are provided on the same basis, and their data may be delayed, corrected, incomplete or indicative.
3. Availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw the website at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
4. Prohibited conduct
Visitors must not misuse the website, scrape content without permission, attack the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, interfere with analytics or submit false forms.

Public listings are subject to the Standard Terms and the Marketplace Rules. Each listing shows whether it is escrow-protected or direct, and a listing may be withdrawn, amended, partly filled or filled.
