Part 12 - Enterprise API and Data Terms

1. API access

API access is granted only to approved users and organisations. API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly.

2. Scopes and limits

Carbon Trader may apply scopes, rate limits, subscription tiers, sandbox access, webhook limits, export limits, data-entitlement controls and audit logs.

3. Data use

API data may be used only for authorised internal purposes unless a written agreement permits resale, redistribution or embedding in third-party products.

4. Security

API users must protect keys, validate webhooks, implement retries, reconcile events and notify Carbon Trader of suspected compromise.

5. No guarantee

API data may be delayed, corrected, incomplete, indicative or unavailable. Users must not rely on API data as the sole source for legal, tax, accounting, investment or settlement decisions.
